Prime Minister Karki gathered information about the electoral environment while consulting at the Taplejung District Court, which houses the Chief Electoral Officer's office. Karki directed that security arrangements be strengthened at highly sensitive and sensitive polling stations in Taplejung, which borders Sikkim, India, in the southeast and the Tibet Autonomous Region of China in the north.
