Woman Rescued After Jumping into Narayani River in Chitwan

Chitwan. A woman who jumped into the Narayani River at Pulchowk, Bharatpur Metropolitan City-2, Chitwan district, was rescued safely by the Armed Police Force.

The woman, identified as 20-year-old Sabina Pariyar, a resident of Bharatpur Metropolitan City-20 in the same district, had jumped from the Narayani Bridge into the river.

Immediately following the incident, a security team deployed from the Armed Police Force Nepal IRT Post Pulchowk, under the command of Armed Police Assistant Sub-Inspector Gangaraj Gole, safely rescued her. After the rescue, she was sent to Bharatpur Hospital for treatment.
