Nepal Life Insurance Launches 'Super Term Life Insurance' in Partnership with eSewa

Kathmandu. Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has launched a term life insurance plan named 'Super Term Life Insurance' in collaboration with the digital payment service provider eSewa. The company stated that this plan, introduced with the objective of mitigating the financial risks that unexpected events can pose to families, offers high insurance coverage at a low premium.

According to Praveen Raman Parajuli, Chief Executive Officer of the company, the goal is to bring all segments of citizens within the reach of life insurance through this plan, which is available at an easy, accessible, and affordable premium.

Under the 1-year term life insurance plan, the annual premium starts from NPR 725, and life insurance coverage ranging from NPR 5 lakh to NPR 20 lakh will be available. Citizens aged between 18 and 60 years can avail of this plan.

The plan provides insurance coverage in case of accidental death or death due to an accident. It was informed that customers can easily purchase the insurance through the eSewa app and will receive the policy immediately via email.
