Kathmandu's sky clears after recent rain

Kathmandu, March 14 — The sky over the Kathmandu Valley, which had been hazy for several days, has cleared following rainfall last night.

Recently, Kathmandu had become one of the most polluted cities in the world.

According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, rainfall occurred in Kathmandu and some other parts of the country on Thursday night, which has now cleared the sky.

Along with the rain, air pollution levels have also decreased.

Local wind systems often bring gusts and rainfall, which dissipate after a while.
