Royalists rally at TIA (photos)

Kathmandu, March 9 — Supporters of former King Gyanendra Shah held a protest at the gate of Tribhuvan International Airport on Sunday afternoon.

The demonstrators gathered to demand the restoration of the monarchy and chanted slogans in support of the former king.

They were there to welcome Shah, who was returning to Kathmandu from Pokhara.

Shah is scheduled to arrive in Kathmandu at 3 PM today.
