Former King Shah visits Baglung

Kathmandu, March 5 — Former King Gyanendra Shah arrived in Baglung on Wednesday, where he offered prayers at the Kalika Bhagwati Temple.
His visit was marked by a warm welcome from Rashtriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) leaders, activists, supporters, and locals, who greeted him with slogans such as “Bring back the king, save the country,” “Our king is dearer than life,” and “Let Hindu Kingdom be reinstated.”
During his visit, Former King Shah interacted with his supporters.
A special reception committee, led by Jabbar Bahadur Lamichhane, President of the World Hindu Federation Baglung, was formed to organize a 501-member welcoming ceremony for the former monarch.
