RSP MPs walk out of HoR session
Kathmandu, January 31 — MPs from the Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RSP) raised a ruckus and chanted slogans at the beginning of the House of Representatives meeting, claiming they were not given a chance to speak.
Before the agenda was even introduced, RSP MPs stood up from their seats to protest.
Despite Speaker Ghimire's requests and later orders for them to return to their seats, the MPs continued their disruption. In the midst of this obstruction, Speaker Ghimire proceeded to read out letters from the President.
As the Speaker read the presidential letters, the RSP MPs continued their protests and eventually left the session.
