Unification between CPN(ML),CPN on the table

Kathmandu – A unification of Communist Party of Nepal (Marxist Lenin) and Communist Party of Nepal is on the table, as both parties have initiated the process in this regard. 

A meeting of both the parties held on Tuesday at the ML's Central Office at Ratopul focused on the party merger and other current political situations, said a statement signed by ML's Central Secretary Mahendra Shah. 

The meeting also decided to celebrate a Joint People's Movement Day, and to meet again to discuss on the issues, said ML's Spokesperson and a participant Kumar Belbase.
