UML calls parliamentary party meeting

Kathmandu, January 26 — The CPN (UML) has called a meeting of its parliamentary party.

The meeting is scheduled to be held at 1 PM on Tuesday in the Lhotse Hall of the Federal Parliament Building, as informed by the party’s chief whip, Mahesh Bartaula.

The meeting is being convened ahead of the start of the Federal Parliament session to discuss necessary strategies. It is also expected that the party will deliberate on new bills that will be presented during the upcoming session.

The Federal Parliament session is set to begin on January 31, with President Ramchandra Paudel having already called the session upon the government's recommendation.
