Former Vice President Pasang attends Maoist Center's Standing Committee meeting

Kathmandu, January 2 — Former Vice President Nanda Bahadur Pun alias Pasang participated in the Standing Committee meeting of the CPN (Maoist Center).

The meeting took place on Thursday at the party headquarters in Parisdanda.

Pasang was seen wearing a blue jacket, black pants, and white shoes, sitting between secretaries Hitaraj Pandey and Hitman Shakya.

His participation comes as discussions around him being appointed as the party's vice chairman are ongoing.

Passang served as Nepal's second Vice President from 2015 to 2023.
