Party under coordinated attack: Acting RSP spokesperson Jha

Kathmandu, November 26 — The Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has responded to allegations against party president Rabi Lamichhane regarding evidence of interest payments to a cooperative.

Acting party spokesperson Manish Jha, during a press conference at the party office on Tuesday, claimed that the party is under a coordinated attack.

“Even if interest was paid, no supporting documents or meeting minutes have surfaced. Debating this issue or exaggerating it is unnecessary,” Jha stated.

He also alleged that the release of Lilaballav Adhikari was an act of retaliation against RSP, making the situation clearer.

During the press conference, RSP leader Ganesh Parajuli questioned the legal basis for the alleged exaggerations, asking, “What law permits such distortions?”

“The party president has expressed his willingness to face any legal proceedings in the honorable court. There is no need to be misled by these issues,” Parajuli added.
