Kalikot jeep accident update: Injured airlifted to Surkhet for treatment

Surkhet, November 10 — The injured from the jeep accident in Raduka, Palata Rural Municipality-3, Kalikot, have been brought to Surkhet. They were airlifted by a Nepal Army helicopter to Surkhet Airport and then sent to Karnali Provincial Hospital for treatment.

Chief Minister Yam Lal Kandel personally arrived at the airport to oversee the situation.

The accident occurred around 2:30 PM on Sunday, leaving eight people dead and 13 others injured.

The Bolero vehicle, with registration number 1 Ja 56, was carrying locals from Palata to Surkhet when the accident took place.
