RSP to finalize candidates via primary election for local by-elections

Kathmandu, November 7 — The Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has decided to finalize its candidates for the upcoming local level by-elections, scheduled for December 1, through a primary election.

The party has also released the schedule for the primary election.
