Two dead in Sankhuwasabha tipper crash

Kathmandu, October 31 — Two individuals lost their lives in a tipper accident while returning from work at the under-construction 900-megawatt Arun III Hydropower Project in Fakshinda, Makalu Municipality-5, Sankhuwasabha.

The accident took place yesterday evening at around 7 PM, and two others were injured. The deceased have been identified as Indian nationals Shailendra Pratap Singh and Shahrukh Mohammad.

Indian citizens Ishwar Paswan and Yogendra Pal sustained injuries to various parts of their bodies and are currently receiving treatment at a hospital, according to Nepal Police.
