Koshi and Madhesh record heavy rainfall in last 24 hours

Kathmandu, September 27 — In the last 24 hours, heavy rainfall has been measured in a few places in the Koshi and Madhesh provinces and in one or two locations in the Sudurpashchim province. The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has reported that 150 millimeters of rainfall occurred during this period.

Additionally, significant rainfall has been measured in many places in the Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini provinces, as well as in a few locations in the remaining provinces.

Currently, light to moderate rainfall is occurring in most parts of the country, and for the next 24 hours, the monsoon will remain active nationwide. There is a possibility of light to moderate rain, along with thunderstorms, in many places in the Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini provinces, and in some areas of the remaining provinces.

There is also a possibility of heavy rainfall in some areas of the Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini provinces, as well as in a few places in the Sudurpashchim and Karnali provinces.

There is a chance of heavy rainfall in one or two locations in the Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini provinces.
