Prachanda lambasts government, calls Oli arrogant

Kathmandu, August 27— CPN Maoist Center Chairman Prachanda has criticized the government led by KP Oli, describing it as arrogant and misdirected.

Speaking during a special session of the House of Representatives on Tuesday, Prachanda stated that his assessment comes after observing the government's actions and intentions for over two months.

He argued that while the government exhibits arrogance, it is moving in the wrong direction.

Prachanda also commented on what he perceives as a preoccupation with numerical strength within the government, which he believes is leading to the misuse of power.

He added that he chose not to wait for the so-called honeymoon period to address these concerns in Parliament, emphasizing the need for timely and constructive measures.
