Bagmati Province welcomes new minister: Rama Ale takes oath
KATHMANDU: Bagmati Province Chief Minister Shalikram Jamkattel, following a successful vote of confidence, has expanded his Cabinet with the induction of Rama Ale from CPN (Unified Socialist) as a minister.
Ale's specific portfolio is yet to be announced.
In a brief ceremony overseen by Province Chief Yadav Chandra Sharma on Tuesday morning, Ale officially assumed her role as minister, taking the oath of office and secrecy.
With Ale's appointment, the total number of ministers in the Province now stands at eight, representing a diverse range of political parties. This includes four from CPN (Maoist Center), one from CPN-UML, three from CPN (US), and one from Hamro Nepali Party.
