RSP selects Milan Limbu as candidate for Ilam-2 by-election

KATHMANDU: Milan Limbu has been chosen as the Rastriya Swatantra Party's (RSP) candidate for the upcoming by-election in Ilam-2.

The decision was made after a primary election conducted earlier today, confirmed Kabindra Burlakoti, deputy general secretary of RSP.

Out of the six candidates proposed for the by-election, Limbu garnered support from five, securing his position as the party's nominee.

Previously associated with the CPN (Maoist Center), Limbu opted for an independent candidacy following his departure from the party.
