Koshi and Bagmati Provinces near completion of NA election voting

KATHMANDU: As the clock ticks towards the conclusion of the National Assembly (NA) election voting process, Koshi and Bagmati Provinces have reported significant participation from both provincial assembly members and voters from municipalities and rural municipalities.

In Koshi Province, 91 provincial assembly voters and 262 voters from local governments have cast their ballots since the voting process commenced at 9 AM. Notably, the contest between Krishna Prasad Sitaula and Uddav Poudel adds an intriguing dimension to the political scenario.

Meanwhile, Bagmati Province witnessed active civic engagement, with 99 out of 110 provincial assembly voters and 229 out of 237 voters from municipalities and rural municipalities exercising their democratic rights.

The conclusion of the voting process sets the stage for result anticipation and analysis of the electoral dynamics in these crucial provinces.
