KATHMANDU, Sep 10: The Nepal Congress has officially kickstarted the BP Literary Festival in Kathmandu. 

Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba inaugurated the festival in the 110th birth anniversary of BP Koirala on Sunday.

Inaugurating the Literary Festival, President Deuba said that they are following the path guided by BP Koirala's political thinkings.

Various literary writers, Congress leaders and personnel have participated in the festival. The Literary Festival will last for 3 days.
