KATHMANDU, August 1: Construction workers have demonstrated a protest with construction equipments and dozers in Baluwatar.

The press release issued by the protestors stated that the purpose of the demonstration was to draw the attention of the Prime Minister and the Central government. The construction workers have been protesting for a few days with nine demands.

The construction workers carried out the protest with slogans such as “Abolish Insurance Directory 2078”, “Adjust prices for contracts of any duration” and “Immediately pay the amount for working in various agencies”.
