Uddhav Thapa appointed Koshi Province Chief Minister

BIRATNAGAR, July 6: Uddhav Thapa of Nepal Congress has been appointed as the Chief Minister of the Koshi Province. He was appointed as the Chief Minister of the Province by the Province Head Parshuram Khapung.

The Province Head Khapung appointed Thapa as the Chief Minister in accordance with Clause (2) of Article 168 of the Constitution of Nepal. Thapa had submitted his claim for Chief Minister today.
