Associate Professor Chalaune’s writ in Justice Sharma’s bench

KATHMANDU, June 22: The writ filed by the Associate Professor of the Tribhuwan University has been scheduled for hearing in the bench of Justice Manoj Kumar Sharma. 

When the government decided to take back the case against the attack on Chalaune, he approached the Supreme Court on Wednesday demanding to proceed with the case. The writ registered on Wednesday was scheduled for hearing on Thursday.
