PM Dahal departs for India

KATHMANDU, May 31: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has departed for India for a 4-day-India-visit. PM Dahal is scheduled to land at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi in the afternoon along with the team of Ministers and government delegates.

PM Dahal, who departed for New Delhi from Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu in the afternoon by a Nepal Airlines flight, will land at Indira Gandhi International Airport at 2:55 local time. 

Prime Minister's high-level meeting will start only on Thursday. On Thursday, it has been scheduled to meet with Indian President Draupadi Murmu, Indian counterpart Narendra Modi, Indian Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar and others. 

There is a program to welcome the Prime Minister at the Hyderabad House in the middle of a special ceremony. Similarly, PM Dahal will also meet with Indian intellectuals and party leaders. Before that, on Wednesday, the Prime Minister will participate in a program organized by the Nepali community.
