KATHMANDU, May 19: President Ramchandra Paudel has said that the country's economy is facing problems due to the Russia-Ukraine war. While presenting the policy and program for the next financial year in the House of Representatives today, he said that the country's economy has suffered due to the Russia-Ukraine war.
He said that due to various reasons related to the Russia-Ukraine war, the external sector of the country's economy has been under pressure and the supply chain has also been affected. He said that by improving the external sector of the economy and the condition of the industry, the situation of investment should also be improved.
President Paudel also said that it is necessary to advance the plan in order to meet the target of economic growth in the next fiscal year while solving the challenging situation.
