Nepal thrashes Scotland by three wickets
KATHMANDU, Feb 17: Nepal defeated Scotland by three wickets in the ongoing Triangular series of the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup League 2 being held at TU Cricket ground in Kirtipur on Friday.
Batting first Scotland had set a target of 276 runs which Nepal chased down on 47th over on the loss of seven wickets.
Dipendra Singh Aire scored 85 runs for Nepal while Kushal Malla and Sompal Kami scored 81 and 24 runs respectively.
Likewise, Sandeep Lamichhane took three wickets for Nepal while Kushal Malla took two wickets. Similarly, Sompal Kami, Kushal Bhurtel and Dipendra Singh Aire took one wicket each.
