President in Parliament to address Federal House (with pictures)

KATHMANDU, Feb. 10: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has reached the Parliament House in New Baneshwar to address the joint meeting of the House of Representatives and the National Assembly.
According to the program where the President will address the joint meeting of the Federal Parliament at 3 pm, President Bhandari reached the Parliament House, Baneshwar.
There is an agenda that the President will address both houses in the House of Representatives and Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' will have separate tables for the President's address in the House of Representatives and the National Assembly.
Dashrath Dhamala, co-spokesperson of the Parliament Secretariat, has informed that the motion of thanks will be passed after the President's speech.
Article 95 of the Constitution provides for the President to address a meeting of any House of the Federal Parliament or a joint meeting of both Houses.
