Rabi Lamichhane’s party to support the govt but not to remain in the govt

KATHMANDU, Feb 5: The Rabi Lamichhane-led Rastriya Swatantra Party has decided to support the government formed under the leadership of Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal but the party will not be a part of that government.
Meeting of the Central Committee and the Parliamentary Party of the party took a decision to this effect.
Lamichhane has already directed the ministers of the party to resign from their post.
The party took the decision not to be a part of the government after PM Dahal seemed unconvinced to reappoint Rabi Lamichhane to the post of Home Minister.
