Rastriya Swatantra Party is is likely to quit the govt: PM Dahal

KATHMANDU, Feb 2: Prime Minister and chairperson of CPN (Maoist Center) Pushpa Kamal Dahal has maintained that the Rastriya Swatantra Party is likely to quit the government.
Addressing a meeting of the party, Dahal said that if the present political scenario is something to go by the Rastriya Swatantra Party is likely to quit the government.
The next meeting of the party is scheduled for Friday.
After the Supreme Court declared former Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane’s Nepali citizenship illegal and scrapped his parliamentary post, the post of the Home Minister has fallen vacant. 
Lamichhane has now acquired his Nepali citizenship and his party has demanded the post of Home Ministry.
