PM Dahal not positive on making Lamichhane Home Minister again

KATHMANDU, Jan 31: Chairperson of Rastriya Swatantra Party Rabi Lamichhane and Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal held a meeting on Tuesday morning.
It has been learnt that Rabi Lamichhane requested PM Dahal to bring him back to the Ministry of Home Affairs. However, PM Dahal was not positive regarding the return of Lamichhane as the Home Minister, according to the sources.
After the Supreme Court declared Lamichhane’s Nepali citizenship illegal and scrapped his parliamentary post, Lamichhane has been holding meetings with both the Prime Minister and Chairman of CPN-UML KP Oli.
It has been learnt that Lamichhane has been pressurizing PM Dahal through Oli.
