KATHMANDU, Jan. 30: The businessmen of Kathmandu Valley protested against the government's discrimination against businessmen. On Monday, they gathered at Maitighar Mandala in the Capital and demonstrated against government discrimination and terror of financial institutions.
Traders and businessmen from the 3 districts of Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur participated in the protest program. They demonstrated with placards with slogans such as "Save Industry, Raise the National Economy", "Banks are always in profit, Traders are always in losses", "Fulfill the demands of late Prem Prasad Acharya", etc.
