All-party meeting commences at Baneshwor

KATHMANDU, Jan. 6: All-party meeting has begun at Baneshwor. The senior member of the House of Representatives, Pashupati Shamsher Jabara, has called an all-party meeting to set the agenda for the first meeting of the House.

Party whips and parliamentary party representatives are present in the meeting. Independent MPs have also been invited to the meeting. The meeting is discussing the election of the speaker, preparations for the government's vote of confidence, address by the president, etc.
