All party meeting today

KATHMANDU, Jan 6: The senior most member of the House of Representatives (HoR), Pashupati Shumsher JB Rana has summoned an all party meeting on Friday to discuss the agendas for the first meeting of the HoR.
Earlier, President Bidya Devi Bhandari summoned the session of the federal parliament on January 9.
According to Article 93 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal, the President shall summon a session of the Federal Parliament within thirty days of the declaration of final results of the election to the House of Representatives. Thereafter, the President shall, from time to time, summon sessions of both or either of the Houses in accordance with this Constitution. Provided that the interval between the two consecutive sessions shall not exceed six months.
