HoR meeting put off till 2 PM

KATHMANDU, July 6: The meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR), earlier scheduled for 11 AM today, has been postponed till 2 PM later this afternoon.

The meeting failed to take place at scheduled time as the CPN-UML announced to obstruct the House proceedings barring Finance Minister Janardan Sharma to address the meeting.

Internal discussions were also held among political parties but failed to chalk out a solution which led to suspension of the HoR meeting till 2 PM.
