Newly appointed ministers to be sworn in today
KATHMANDU, June 27: The government on Sunday appointed five new ministers as the CPN (Unified Socialist) decided to recall its ministers from the government and send a new set of ministers.
These new ministers are scheduled to be sworn in on Monday, according to Tika Dhakal, press advisor at the Office of President.
Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has appointed Jeevan Ram Shrestha as Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Metmani Chaudhary as Minister for Urban Development, Bhawani Prasad Khapung has been promoted to Minister for Health and Population and Hira Chandra KC has been appointed State Minister for Health and Population.
