Number of mobile banking users in Nepal surpasses 17,600,000

KATHMANDU, June 13: The number of mobile users in Nepal has surpassed 17,600,000 in Nepal, according to the latest data of Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB).

As per the latest data revealed by the NRB, the number of mobile banking users in the country has reached 17,676,259 as of May 14, 2022. The number has increased by 1.66 percent in comparison to the previous year.

The number stood at 17,382,448 as of May 14, 2021.
