Commanding General of US Army arriving Nepal on Thursday
KATHMANDU, June 9: Commanding General of the United States Army Pacific Charles Flynn is arriving in Nepal for his four day visit on Thursday, according to Narayan Silwal, spokesperson for the Nepal Army.
General Flynn and Prabhu Ram Sharma, Nepal Army Chief, are scheduled to hold a meeting today.
General Flynn will also be going for a mountain flight on June 11. After visiting the Everest Base Camp, Flynn will be visiting the Hotel Everest View for lunch.
Afterward, General Flynn will be visiting the Birendra Peace Operation Training Center at Panchkhal and Shivapuri-based Command and Staff College.
