What is CJ Rana accused of?

KATHMANDU, March 13: An impeachment motion filed against the Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher JB Rana was tabled in parliament on Sunday. 

Dev Gurung, chief whip of CPN (Maoist Center) presented the impeachment motion on the House of Representatives (HoR) meeting. 

Presenting the motion, Gurung clarified why the impeachment motion was filed. 

Here is what CJ Rana is accused of: 

1) Rana has been accused of acting against the Constitution and misused his position

2) Lack of efficiency

3) Not fulfilling his duty responsibly

4) Acting against code of conduct
