Cartoon: 'Festivity' of UML Statute Congress

KATHMANDU, October 3: The main opposition party, CPN (UML) is holding its first ever statute convention in the capital.

The convention has been attended by more than 6,000 representatives from all across the country. But, at the heart was the party chairamn KP Sharma Oli. KP Oli is all set to established him as an uncontested leader and trying to send a message that there is no alternative for him in the party.
