Madhya Bhotekoshi Jalavidyut Company issuing 9,000,000 units IPO shares from Oct 6

KATHMANDU, September 29: Madhya Bhotekoshi Jalavidyut Company Limited is to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the general public from October 6, 2021 worth Rs 900 million. 

The early closing date of this issue is October 11 and if the issue is not fully subscribed till then, then it can be extended up to October 20.

Out of the offered 9,000,000 units, four percent ( 360,000 units) have been allotted for the employees of the company, five percent ( 450,000 units) for mutual funds and remaining 8,190,000 for the general public.

Applications can be placed for a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 10,000 units.  

Global IME Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
