1,600 Nepali youths recommended for ‘caregiver’ jobs in Israel (with list)
KATHMANDU, September 26: The government has recommended names of 1,600 youths for ‘caretaker’ jobs in Israel.
The Department of Employment recommended names of 1,600 people among those willing to go to Israel for foreign employment on Sunday to the Population and Imigration Authority of Israel.
Of the total number of people attending language tests and interviews for the job, the government has selected 70 percent of women and 30 percent of men.
Israel will now make a selection among these recommended groups of people and provide an employment agreement.
Of 1,600 recommended, Israel will select only 1,000 individuals for the job of caretaker.
The selected people will have to bear the VISA and ticket expenses of approximately Rs 165,000 if the employer refuses to bear the cost.
The VISA will be for five years. It has been stated that those selected for the job will be paid more than Rs 150,000 monthly.
