EPL inaugural match in photos

KATHMANDU: Nepalis franchise Everest Premier League (EPL)  kicked off from Saturday. 

The tournament is scheduled to take place from September 25 to October 9 at Tribhuvan University Cricket Ground in Kirtipur.

Various six franchise teams from different cities in the country are participating. The winner will be awarded Rs 5 million and first runner-up Rs 1.5 million. 

Kathmandu Kings XI  (KKXI) and Lalitpur Patriots (LP) are playing in the inaugural match where (KKXI) is chasing a target of 158 runs.
