Nyadi Hydropower to issue 2,250,000 units of IPOs from Oct 1

KATHMANDU, September 24: Nyadi Hydropower Limited is issuing 2,250,000 units of Initial Public Offerings (IPO) worth Rs 225,000,000 from October 1 to 5.

If the issue is not fully subscribed by October 5, it will be extended till October 17, according to the company.

Of the offered units, 45,000 units will be allotted to the employees of the company, 1,12,500 to the mutual funds, and 2,092,500 to the general public.

Applications can be placed for a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 50,000 units. 

NMB Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
