Work division in CPN ( Maoist Center): Here is what you should know

KATHMANDU, August 25: A Central Committee meeting of the CPN (Maoist Center), held on Tuesday, finalised the work division and responsibilities of its key leaders.  

The party has appointed incharges, deputy-incharges, chairmen and  secretaries to lead various committees.

Likewise, the party has also established its central department. Barshaman Pun has been entrusted as chief of Finance Department, Hari Bol Gajurel has been assigned the responsibility as chief of Agriculture and Land Reform Department and Bam Dev Chhetri as the chief of Industry and Commerce department.

Similarly, Dor Prasad Upadhyay has been  picked as the chief of Agriculture and Financial Management Department, Matrika Yadav as chief of Consumer Rights and Supplies Department and Bina Magar as the  chief of Drinking Water and Sanitation Department. 

Meanwhile, former Speaker Krishna Bahadur Mahar has been named the spokesperson for the party while Finance Minister Janardan Sharma will lead the Organization Department.

The party has entrusted Giriraj Mani Pokerel as the chief of Department of School and Narayankaji Shrestha as the incharge of the International Relations Committee.

According to the chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal, the vacant positions in different committees will be filled soon.
