UML standing committee meeting in a while

KATHMANDU, July 11: CPN (UML) standing committee meeting is being held in a while. The meeting is being held in the context that the ongoing UML taskforce meeting is expected to resolve party disputes today itself, said party office secretary Sher Bahadur Tamang. The venue for the meeting is Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar. 

If the taskforce meeting reaches an agreement, it will be submitted to the party standing committee meeting for endorsement today itself, it has been said. The taskforce meeting that started at 9:00m am today is still going on in Singha Durbar.
