UML asks ex-lawmakers of dissident faction to withdraw their support to NC’s Deuba by Monday

KATHMANDU, July 2: The ruling CPN-UML has asked the former lawmakers of the party close to Nepal faction to withdraw their signatures they submitted while Nepali Congress (NC)   President Sher Bahadur Deuba staked a claim for new government formation on May 21. 

A Central Committee meeting of the party held on Friday asked them to withdraw their signatures by 5 PM on Monday, next week, said Pradeep Gywali, spokesperson for the party. 

The next meeting is scheduled for 3PM Saturday
