President and prime minister don’t have authority to dissolve parliament: Advocate Pokharel

KATHMANDU, June 25:Advocate Sunil Pokharel has said that the Constitution of Nepal has not authorized both the president and prime minister to dissolve the House.

Pleading in favor of the writ petitioners at the constitutional bench on Friday, advocate Pokharel said that the House of Representatives gets automatically dissolved in case a new government can not be formed.
