Minister vows to set up 100-bed isolation centres in Taplejung
Kathmandu - Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Yogesh Kumar Bhattarai has vowed to set 100 bed isolation centres in Taplejung district. Among them, Phungling Municipality will have 50 bed isolation centre and the rural municipalities to have the isolation centres with remaining 50 beds. Minister Bhattarai said it during a discussion with chiefs of the government offices at Phungling on Friday.
He suggested that the budget for the establishment of isolation centre could be used from parliament infrastructures development fund. The chiefs of the government offices in the district headquarters were asked to effectively carry out the responsibility. "People should be provided service in a prompt and convenient manner," he urged.
