Rs 76,000 adds to journalist's fund

Jhapa - Rs 76,000 has been added to the fund named Journalist Help Treatment Fund established to provide monetary help in the treatment of ailing journalists of the district. 

Local businessperson and social worker Kedar Giri provided the amount. A check for the amount was handed over jointly to the President of the Jhapa branch of the Federation of Nepali Journalists Taramani Sapkota, Vice Presidents Ekraj Giri and Bhima Shibakoti amid a programme in the district. The FNJ has a plan to increase the size of the fund with Rs 10 million.
