Salyan Paryatan launched

Salyan - 'Salyan Paryatan' (Tourism in Salyan), a pictorial book comprising pictures of various tourist spots in Salyan district has been released amid a programme held in Salyan district on Saturday. 

President of Finance Committee under the Legislature-Parliament Prakash Jwala unveiled the book. 

Jwala underscored the need for the locals to be informed about the tourist spots in their districts for the promotion of domestic tourism. 

The book also has information about the holy shrines, lakes and enchanting landscapes in the district with prospect of tourism. 

On the occasion, the newly launched book has been handed over to the District Education Office to incorporate it in the school curriculum. 

District Education Office Devi Prasad Subedi pledged to incorporate the book in the curriculum of all schools across Salyan.
